Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual billing period.
Lifetime access: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
Individual course purchases: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. After 7 days or after 25% completion, no refunds will be issued.
